For nearly twenty-five years, Mike Nademlynsky has been concocting super premium ice cream and sorbet desserts for the most discriminating professional chefs in America. By using the finest quality, all-natural ingredients, customized mixing methods and technical expertise developed over years of study and experimentation, Mike has captured the essence of a superior quality, premium ice cream. His masterpiece is so good; Mike proudly calls it SuperSupreme Ice Cream. And now, it’s available in over 100 unique and exciting flavors.

Our SuperSupreme ice cream is made only with the finest quality all-natural ingredients. We use specially modified Italian equipment that churns the mix slowly, not allowing air to fluff the ice cream, therefore creating a pure ice cream that is irresistibly smooth. The texture of Florentino Ice Cream is different than any other ice cream you have tasted. We personally inspect every batch to insure the highest quality.

  All of our ice cream and sorbet flavors are secret family recipes. We create custom flavors for world-renowned pastry chefs such as Thomas Henzi of the Century Plaza Hotel and Chris Bader of the Anaheim Hilton.

Florentino SuperSupreme Ice Creams and Sorbet desserts are available in customized, specialty flavors so you can create your very own signature items. We can custom make any flavor usually within 7 business days. Our service also includes pre-forming ice cream into cakes or cones. You ask for it no matter how unusual, and we can make it – that's our guarantee.
